Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with AY Aesthetic. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days (or whatever your policy duration is) from the date of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and tags intact.

  • The product’s condition allows it to be resold (i.e. there is no damage, stain, or alteration).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number, invoice) when requesting a return.

Note: Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened or used. (For hygienic reasons.)


2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email our Customer Support at [support@ayaesthetic.com] with subject line “Return Request – Order #____”.

  2. In your email, include:

    • Order number

    • Product name(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if there is damage or defect)

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to send the item back (return address, packaging instructions, etc.).


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

  • If you are returning due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange for a prepaid shipping label.


4. Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days (or your chosen timeframe).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (e.g. bank transfer, credit card, or other).

  • The refund amount will include the item price minus any shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product (for example, a different variant), you may do so by following the return procedure above. After your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.


6. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or whose seal is broken

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”

  • Items purchased from third-party sellers (if applicable)


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please check with your bank or credit card company. Sometimes it takes a few days before the refund shows up in your account.

  • If you haven’t seen a refund after that, reach out to us at [support@ayaesthetic.com] and we will assist you.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery (within 48 hours) with photos of the damage/defect.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) once we confirm the defect.


9. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After 24 hours, we may have already processed or shipped the order, in which case cancellation or changes may not be possible.


10. Policy Changes

AY Aesthetic reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date above will be revised, and the new policy will apply to all orders following that date.
